Even our dogs have a favorite festive tune

A survey of over 1000 dog owners has given us an insight in to our pet’s favorite Christmas songs. Whether its Frosty The Snowman or Jingle Bells, we now know what songs will be at the top of our pooches playlist.

Coming in at number one is Wham’s classic Last Christmas with 10% of the votes, closely followed by Jingle Bells with 9% and All I Want For Christmas Is You by Mariah Carey taking third place with 6%. Those who took part in the survey said their dogs prefer upbeat songs with a quarter of the participants claiming the music had a calming effect on their pets.

Other festive tunes that made the top ten were Driving Home For Christmas, Its Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas and A Wonderful Christmas Time.
